Terms of Service

By accessing or using PromptChainr ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

The Service is operated by Prompt Chainr LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

PromptChainr is a visual prompt workflow platform that allows users to create, connect, and automate AI prompt workflows. The Service provides tools to chain prompts, transform outputs, and build AI pipelines through a visual interface.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any form of automated data collection without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PromptChainr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service utilizes third-party AI models to generate content. Your prompts, inputs, and workflow data are sent to these providers for processing. Current providers include:

• Anthropic (Claude) – Privacy Policy | Terms
• OpenAI (GPT models) – Privacy Policy | Terms
• Google (Gemini) – Privacy Policy | Terms

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI outputs
• Your use of AI features is subject to each provider's terms and privacy policies
• We may add or change AI providers; material changes will be noted in Terms updates

Certain features may require payment. By subscribing to paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more, with 30 days' notice sent to your registered email address.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export or deletion of your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPTCHAINR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prompt Chainr LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you create, submit, or generate through the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Users in the European Union retain the right to bring claims in their local courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by posting the new Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
